Job Description
AxisCare is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate our sales and growth goals. We are looking for someone with a proven background in business development, outbound sales, prospecting, pipeline generation, or a similar sales-focused role. The ideal candidate understands how to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, overcome objections, and create meaningful conversations that ultimately generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.
As a BDR, you will be on the front lines of introducing AxisCare to prospective customers. You will be responsible for researching and identifying target accounts, developing outbound strategies, connecting with key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and creating enough value and interest to move prospects through the sales process. You will work closely with our Sales and Growth teams to develop and execute strategic outreach plans while consistently building and maintaining healthy pipeline.
