Business Development Specialist - Overseas Logistics (m/w/n)

Your responsibilities:

• develop and grow overseas logistics business (Ocean / Air) on the German market,
• actively acquire new clients and build your own customer portfolio,
• identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion,
• build long-term relationships with customers and partners,
• cooperate closely with international operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Your profile:

• experience in freight forwarding (sales or strong operational background in Ocean / Air),
• strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently,
• proactive, results-driven and comfortable with building business from scratch,
• English and German required.
