Role Objective


We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to own the end-to-end preparation of business immigration forms and packets, delivering submission-ready files directly to our legal team.


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Case Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize complex business immigration forms and associated support documentation with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Form Expertise: Formulate and complete specific packets including, but not limited to, I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539/I-539A, and I-485.

Requirements

  • Hourly rate: $38.00 - $42.00 DOE
