This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after 30 days of employment, with three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote per week and is based in our Los Angeles or Tustin, CA office.


A Day in the Life

The Business Loan Consultant (BLC) is responsible for managing all loan sizes, both inbound opportunities working directly with Business Owners and existing referral partners to drive deal conversion. This role works closely with brokers, and referral partners to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination process. The Business Loan Consultant serves as a key point of contact for incoming deals, helping evaluate opportunities, gather required documentation, and move transactions forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys both relationship management and deal execution.

Compensation Range

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually plus commission.

Physical Requirements

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.  It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder.  Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
