Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will be crucial in this role.

What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing business analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
- Analyzing data and market trends to inform business strategies
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders

- Monitors credit-related matters and ensure adherence to the Bank’s Credit Policies and regulatory requirements.

- Prepares, maintains, and analyses reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business and management reporting needs.

- Liaises with internal stakeholders to address queries, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth operational processes.

- Coordinate internal and external audit exercises by preparing and managing required information and documentation, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely closure of audit findings and compliance gaps.

Who you are
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business management, operations, or a related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the banking industry
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
