Responsibilities
The Business Office Manager assists with the day to day management of the Physical Therapy Business Office. Qualifications
MINIMUME EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
2 years of Business Office Management required preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Basic Life Support required.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and expertise in hospital managed-care contracting, billing and collection for services provided. Proficient in excel, Microsoft office and outlook. Paragon/EMR experience preferred.Must be knowledgeable in Hospital Operations Flow.
WORK SCHEDULE
Normally scheduled 8-hour work days, Monday – Friday; however, additional hours may be required due to increase in workload, assignment and completion of special projects. Must be flexible if required to work long or irregular hours.
