WASH is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to assist our sales and field operations teams with accurate work order processing and fulfillment. The Business Operations Department is responsible for managing the end-to-end client agreement lifecycle, optimizing daily operations and processes, and building cross-functional partnerships with the Sales and Field Operations Teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Reporting to the Manager of Business Operations, the Business Operations Associate will initially focus on timely and accurate processing of all equipment-related work orders and managing accurate equipment inventory records. Keen attention to detail and accuracy, timely execution of tasks, and a desire to grow and learn are of the upmost importance for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will develop a broad understanding and knowledge base of WASH’s key business practices and, upon building a solid foundation, will have an opportunity to grow into a broader role creating customer contracts, business reporting materials, and leading special projects. A successful Business Operations Associate brings a solutions-oriented mindset, flexible work style to contribute to team responsibilities as well as complete individual tasks, and possess the professional fortitude to pursue a long-term, operations-focused career path. Estimated Salary: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.


Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.
