About the Role
We're looking for a Business Operations & Process Excellence Manager who is passionate about building scalable systems and driving operational excellence. In this role, you'll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, automate repetitive work, document SOPs, create insightful dashboards, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Create and maintain clear, actionable SOPs for recurring business processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Drive automation using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zapier, Make, AI tools, and APIs.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to improve business visibility.
- Establish SLAs, ownership, review mechanisms, and accountability frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate existing systems to simplify, automate, and scale operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Process Excellence, Consulting, Startup Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing scalable processes and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
