Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Inventory Control and Branch Support supervisor to join our team. You will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including safety, quality, precision, collaboration, reporting, and reliability.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee support for the sales team on warehouse matters, including resolving customer issues and performing inventory counts to address discrepancies.

  • Oversee those providing customer service for receiving, picking, shipping, special handling, and other inquiries.

  • Assist in resolving warehouse or programming center issues, such as expediting, shipping changes, and value-added modifications.

  • Manage order cancellations, changes, status checks, RTS documentation, and sure ship processing.

  • Conduct RACI counts and performs stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Assist in managing the physical activities necessary to receive, sort, package, ship, and teardown inventory.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2-year degree and equivalent related experience.

  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business, technical or warehouse support or production team.

  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.

  • Receives guidance and oversight from manager.

  • Typically spends up to 40% of time performing the work supervised.

  • Accountable for the results of small-sized routine support or production operations teams.

  • Solves problems based on set policies and procedures.

  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.

  • Trains team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.

  • Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training or education.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$54,000.00 - $71,995.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
