- Analyze and improve processes by addressing bottlenecks, duplication, unnecessary approvals, manual work, and control gaps.
- Build and maintain workflows in Process Street, including forms, approvals, conditional logic, assignments, deadlines, and automations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation and system integration in coordination with relevant system owners.
- Define process KPIs and controls to monitor performance and compliance.
- Support process testing, implementation, training, and adoption across departments.
- Maintain process and documentation governance and continuously improve implemented processes.

Job Summary:
