As a Business Program Management Intern (AIBS Team), you will join the AI Business Solutions (AIBS) team within Microsoft's STU organisation. AIBS helps accelerate AI adoption and business transformation by enabling scalable solutions, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives that support customers and sellers across the organisation.

In this role, you will contribute to strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives that help drive business impact and operational effectiveness. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, support program execution, analyse business insights, coordinate stakeholders, and help measure success through clearly defined metrics. You will work closely with business leaders and partners to ensure alignment with organisational priorities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

En tant que stagiaire Business Program Management (équipe AIBS), vous rejoindrez l'équipe AI Business Solutions (AIBS) au sein de l'organisation STU de Microsoft. L'équipe AIBS contribue à accélérer l'adoption de l'IA et la transformation des activités en développant des solutions à grande échelle, en favorisant l'excellence opérationnelle et en soutenant des initiatives stratégiques au service des clients et des équipes commerciales.

Dans ce rôle, vous participerez à des programmes stratégiques et à des initiatives transverses visant à renforcer l'impact business et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Vous identifierez des opportunités d'amélioration des processus, contribuerez au pilotage des programmes, analyserez des données et indicateurs métier, coordonnerez les différentes parties prenantes et aiderez à mesurer le succès des initiatives grâce à des indicateurs clairement définis.   • Aide à réaliser des recherches et analyses sur l'environnement des programmes (marché interne et externe, ventes, opérations, etc.), à anticiper les tendances et à analyser les besoins des clients afin d'identifier les opportunités, la portée des programmes et de maintenir une approche agile et compétitive.

  • Apprend à définir et suivre les critères de réussite et les indicateurs de performance (OKRs, KPIs), notamment en matière de qualité, d'adoption, d'utilisation, d'impact et d'efficacité des programmes.
  • Travaille avec des parties prenantes transverses (équipes Business, Produit, Ingénierie, etc.) afin de soutenir la conception et la mise en œuvre des programmes de leur lancement jusqu'à leur livraison.
