Job Description:
Lead Business Communications and reporting for Company Data.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare leadership presentations, executive summaries, and business reviews.
Lead content for town halls, leadership updates, and Company Data Communications.
Ensure messaging consistency across locations and partner groups.
Support visualisation, dashboard storytelling, and essential communications.
Provide planning and analysis for the leadership to ensure that plans, strategy and implementation are consistent across locations.
Lead OE initiatives to drive efficiency.
Supporting adhoc requests from Management in a time bound manner.
Work closely with management to drive people related initiatives.
Required skills and experience:
Good Communication, Partnership and Analytical skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and basic SQL
Should be a very quick learner and should display high level of agility.
Should be able to lead multiple tasks and flexible to work in different shifts and extended hours depending upon business requirements.
Experience in business operations, reporting, governance, or programme management is desirable.
Content Knowledge across Content sets across D&A Company Data would be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
