As part of the Pacific Operations Business Process Re-engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in leading projects that transform Apple's Online Store and omni-channel customer experience in the rapidly growing Asia Pacific region (Greater China, North East Asia, South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand). This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse range of cross-functional programs, from optimizing supply chains for faster fulfillment, implementing sustainable practices, and enabling affordability payment offers for our customers to expanding our e-commerce marketplace presence.
