Business Systems Analyst (Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) experience is required)

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for advancing the firm's use of business systems and data to support operational performance, client relationship management, and strategic decision-making. This role focuses on optimizing and connecting Deltek Vantagepoint and Power BI, improving data quality and reporting, and enabling effective use of CRM and operational data.

The position requires a strong understanding of AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) project-based business operations, including labor planning, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable data and system solutions. This role also plays a key part in validating ("pressure testing") data and dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usability — work that reflects our value of delighting in the craft, applied to the systems that keep the firm running well.
