Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-6 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant with strong expertise in X++ development, system integrations, upgrades, customizations, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations, enhancements, and production support across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++.
- Develop and modify Forms, Tables, Classes, Extensions, Data Entities, SSRS Reports, Queries, Views, EDTs, and Enums.
- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD), Integration Design Documents (IDD), and Unit Test Documents.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Application Integration Framework (AIF), Data Management Framework (DMF), Dual Write, and external services.
- Perform data migration activities including data import/export and validation.
- Work with security configurations, roles, duties, privileges, and user access management.
- Support code deployment activities using LCS, Azure DevOps/VSTS, and source control tools.
- Execute environment management tasks including database refreshes, build deployments, and package deployments.
- Analyze system performance using Trace Parser and troubleshooting tools.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements.
- Provide Go-Live and post-production support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across AP, AR, GL, FA, Inventory, and other D365 F&O modules.

- Experience in version upgrades from AX 2012 / D365 earlier versions to latest D365 F&O releases.
- Experience working with global customers across APAC, EMEA, US, and Canada.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, and oil & gas domains.
- Strong client-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
