What you'll do
- Monitor contractors’ schedules, day works, site progress, etc.
- Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor’s method statements, installation and working procedures
- Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies
- Check shop and construction drawings, samples, etc. submitted by contractors and their sub-contractors / suppliers / vendors and to report any discrepancies between these and the project drawings and specifications

- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore
- Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES
- 10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer

Our client is seeking a Civil and Structural (C&S) Resident Engineer (RE) to support their site supervisory capabilities in Jurong.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor contractors’ schedules, day works, site progress, etc.
Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor’s method statements, installation and working procedures,
Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies,
