RF Engineer III – C‑UAS Network Communication System (NCS)

Locations: Huntsville, AL ,Alexandria, VA. Telecommuting may be available.

Clearance: Active Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Leidos is seeking an RF Engineer III to design, analyze, and test RF communication links for the Army’s Counter‑UAS (C‑UAS) Network Communication System (NCS). You’ll ensure secure, reliable RF connectivity supporting M‑LIDS and FS‑LIDS systems used in Short‑Range Air Defense (SHORAD) missions.

This role spans RF link design, propagation modeling, EW threat mitigation, RF hardware integration, and field testing—working closely with systems, software, and cybersecurity teams in an Agile environment.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
