Cadet Pilot Exploration Workshop in Shanghai

At Cathay, we don’t just train Second Officers — we train future captains. Through our Cadet Pilot Programme, you’ll receive structured training to obtain a Commercial Pilot Licence and become a pilot to operate regional, long haul and ultra-long haul flights. Cadets will undergo ground training with leading institutions in Hong Kong and around the world, followed by flight training at world-renowned flying training organisations.
