Café Manager, Voisins Kitchen (37.5hrs/6 days pw) at Voisins Department Store

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Café Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the café. The successful candidate will help lead the café team, maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and presentation, and ensure that daily tasks are completed efficiently. This role is well suited to someone with strong hospitality or retail experience who is confident supervising others, solving problems, and setting a positive example during busy service periods.
Previous supervisory / management experience in hospitality/catering with an awareness of food hygiene/safety requirements would be beneficial in addition to strong communication and interpersonal skills and a professional and approachable manner.
