(CAN) Regional Manager, Facilities Services

Position Summary...

Leads multi-site facilities maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and operational goals. Develops and implements regional strategies for HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and critical power systems to optimize performance and reduce downtime. Oversees the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

 

 

What you'll do...

1. Manages large-scale, cross-functional maintenance projects, including capital improvements, retrofits, and energy efficiency upgrades. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Tracks project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

2. Leads a team of Managers and Supervisors, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities. Builds a highperforming, safety-focused maintenance organization through workforce planning and technical training. Promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations.

3. Develops and manages regional maintenance budgets, including labor, materials, and capital expenditures. Evaluates return on investment for maintenance investments and identifies cost-saving opportunities through vendor management and process optimization. Ensures accurate forecasting and reporting of maintenance-related financials. Ensures financial and policy compliance by reviewing and approving corporate card transactions and associate time records to verify alignment with company policies, approved scopes of work and budgetary guidelines.

4. Ensures compliance with federal and local regulations, including  refrigerant handling and mechanical licensing. Conducts audits and inspections to identify and mitigate operational risks including conducting van audits for safety compliance, inventory accuracy, equipment considtion,work order documentation and operational guideline adherance. Partners with Safety and Compliance teams to uphold company standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
