Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday) + on-call availability

Your Exciting Role as a Care Coordinator:

As a Care Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of our operations, ensuring our clients receive the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mastering the Rota: Design and manage client and carer rotas, ensuring seamless service and continuity.
