Assist the patient with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility support, including walking, transferring, and exercise if required. Provide medication reminders as prescribed by doctors or family. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs. Monitor and report changes in health condition to family members or healthcare professionals. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s room and surroundings. Provide companionship and emotional support to the patient. Assist with doctor visits or hospital appointments if required.
