Hours of Work: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
Location: Whitehorse, Yukon

Role Summary:
Working in Cargo you are responsible for loading and moving cargo while ensuring that manifests and load-planning documents are ready. This is a dynamic role working inside our office helping customers and working outside around our aircrafts!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure cargo is packaged and stored appropriately
- Accept cargo and process accurate payments
- Provide excellent customer service in person or on the phone at all times
- Calculate available aircraft load and prioritize freight
- Verify received freight piece counts and notify receivers of freight shipments
Must haves:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift 70 pounds repetitively)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, holidays
- A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
- Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
- As per Transport Canada, the individual must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident to be able to screen cargo
Nice to haves:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience processing payments
- Forklift certification
- Valid First Aid
- Fluent in French
