  • Responding to and escalating safeguarding or emergency situations where appropriate

Do you measure twice and cut once, taking pride in getting things right first time? Can you handle everything from first fix frameworks to second fix finishes without losing your edge? And when a job gets tricky, do you still manage to finish it spot on?

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Carpenter to join our responsive repairs team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining and improving our homes, ensuring our tenants receive an outstanding repairs service and can truly thrive where they live.

Working across our housing portfolio, you’ll carry out a wide range of carpentry and property maintenance tasks, supporting colleagues across different trades when needed.

Working hours: 40hpw, Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00 Friday 08:00-14:30

Contract: Permanent + Company Van


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
