- Perform residential carpentry work from project start through completion
- Lead and coordinate carpenters and subcontractors when required
- Perform residential framing and general construction work
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure work is completed accurately according to plans and specifications
- Help manage job-site organization, quality standards, and project timelines
- Communicate professionally with customers and project teams
- Coordinate with design and project-management teams
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites

🔧 Position Details
Role: Experienced Carpenter
Pay Rate
• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime is not currently offered
🏡 Housing & Transportation
• Housing available for approximately $600 per month / $150 per week, deducted from pay
• Transportation to job sites provided
• Employee is responsible for applicable fuel expenses
• Basic tools provided
• Work uniforms provided
