Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Carpentry Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our Hamilton Trades team.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carpenter or tradesperson looking to transition from hands-on site work into an office-based estimating and project coordination position. You may currently be working in a supervisory role, running your own carpentry business, or looking for the next step in your career.
You will be responsible for pricing and coordinating maintenance and minor project work across our corporate clients' property portfolios, working closely with clients, trades teams and subcontractors.

  • Estimate and price new carpentry work, maintenance projects and upgrades.

  • Coordinate and manage minor projects from start to completion.

About You

We are looking for someone with:
