Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing cash optimization processes and methodologies, reporting back on findings
• Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
• Report on the performance of CIT vendors to ensure delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics
• Manage outward communication to CIT vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
• Monitor and report any important changes in cash demand that impacts Operational budgets
• Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
• Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims

• Monthly Bailment reconciliation
• Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Qualifications
• Bachelor/Diploma in Business/Finance preferred but not essential Experience • Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Online Banking Facilities
• Data analytics & Dashboards
• Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired Skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Requires no or little guidance and supervision from management
• Can negotiate compromise and make decisions within the scope of Implementations
