  • Coordinate travel requests and distribute notices and confirmations as required.
  • Complete payment of invoices, travel, expense claims, etc.
  • Maintain office files, equipment, and order office supplies when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Summary

The Casual Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. Working on an as-needed basis, this role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to different tasks and departments.
