What you'll do
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve meals and drinks promptly.
- Share your knowledge of our menu and recommend dishes, wines and beverages.
- Assist guests with dietary requirements and communicate requests clearly to the kitchen team.
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee, wine, beer and basic cocktails.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Set up, clear and reset tables, keeping dining and service areas clean and organised.
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.
