Looking for flexible casual work in a supportive team environment?
Our Waurn Ponds Estate hospitality team is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to support the day-to-day operations of our kitchen team. Reporting to the Chef in Charge, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen while assisting with food preparation and service.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Washing and sanitising dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Clean and maintain kitchen floors, including sweeping, scrubbing and mopping
- Keeping the kitchen, dish area, and storage areas clean and organised
- Organise and maintain pantry shelving

To be successful, you'll have:
