This vacancy is to support our south zone, covering Merrylands to Cambelltown.

What you’ll be doing

✅ Leadership & Motivation – Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing future leaders through talent development and succession planning initiatives, while providing ongoing feedback and support to drive individual and team success.

✅ Strategic Thinking – Drive store profitability, productivity and operational excellence by managing performance metrics, controlling budgets, leveraging workforce planning tools, and leading initiatives that enhance efficiencies and reduce costs.

✅ Relationship Building – Collaborate effectively across all levels, managing expectations and building strong partnerships to drive team success.

✅ Operational Excellence – Maintain a strong attention to detail, with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks while driving productivity and results.
