Catchment Scientist / Hydrogeologist
Contract Opportunity | Remote/Dublin | Flexible Hours
We are seeking an experienced Catchment Scientist / Hydrogeologist to join a multidisciplinary environmental team supporting the development of High-Level Catchment Action Plans for drinking water source protection across Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major programme focused on Drinking Water Safety Planning (DWSP) and compliance with evolving drinking water regulations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal specialists and external stakeholders to assess risks and develop catchment management actions for numerous water supply catchments.

- Position: Catchment Scientist / Hydrogeologist
- Contract Type: Contract
- Location: Remote / Dublin
- Working Hours: 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week
The Role
Working within an established team, you will support the development of catchment action plans for approximately 700 water treatment plant catchments, helping to identify risks to drinking water sources and develop practical mitigation measures.
