Catering Assistant

Requirements:

• HACCP or food safety training
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents and staff
• Ensure adherence to all food hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Support stock control and assist with food storage procedures
• Contribute to a positive dining experience for all residents
