- Assist potential customers who call the Catering Hotline; make recommendations that are within customer’s budget while increasing sales.
- Exhibit proficiency in Dickey’s menu choices and catering styles.
- Communicate offerings to customers in a consultative manner and close sales.
- Follow through with all catering sales and leads.
- Call, Quote, and Email all leads within 24 hours of submission of inquiry date.
- Update dashboard with updated statuses.
- Follow up with guest on quotes.
- Follow up with franchise owner regarding orders confirming readiness.
- Report daily/weekly sale/lead generation updates.
- Call and/or email all follow ups
