What you'll do
- Monitor and resolve commercial deductions including promotions, pricing, returns, and post-audits while leading month-end performance reviews and closing meetings.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Development, Local Finance, and Credit-to-Cash teams to resolve past-due balances, address credit holds, and secure repayments.
- Drive continuous improvement by mapping processes and leveraging automation, such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), to simplify and standardize workflows.
- Analyze customer logistics, vendor compliance, and payment history to identify deduction root causes and implement corrective action plans.
- Enforce internal control strategies for the 3-way matching process, ensuring strict adherence to financial policies and risk mitigation.
