A propos de l’offre d’emploi 

Ce CDD de 6 mois, basé à Paris, est une opportunité unique de façonner la transformation des opérations campagnes au sein du Travel Retail & Local Export Market pour Parfums Beauté. Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Service Clients et Opérations Europe Export, vous êtes au carrefour des équipes business marchés, des équipes Europe et des fonctions Supply pour sécuriser et réinventer les processus d’allocation. 

Quel sera votre impact chez Chanel 

  • Centraliser et rationaliser le processus campagne : anticiper, optimiser et prioriser les allocations par marché en coordination avec les équipes business 

  • Mettre en place un pilotage du suivi d’écoulement des campagnes par marché et créer les rapports nécessaires aux bons arbitrages d’allocation 

  • Garantir le respect des leadtimes en communiquant le plan mensuel de sortie et en assurant la coordination avec l’Europe sur la disponibilité des articles de vente et de la PLV campagne 

  • Accompagner la prise en main du nouvel outil d’allocation en définissant les règles de gestion, les bonnes pratiques et en soutenant les équipes dans le changementAccompagner la migration de la base de données des points de vente dans un nouvel outil : fiabiliser les données, assurer leur gouvernance et formant les utilisateurs. 

  • Rationaliser le suivi de la PLV de la prévision à la facturation client  

Vous êtes animé(e) par 

  • Plonger dans la data et les chiffres pour en tirer des analyses actionnables et éclairer les arbitrages 

  • Évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant où rigueur et réactivité font la différence 

  • Coordonner de multiples marchés et interlocuteurs métiers transverses au quotidien 

  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer les processus existants 

  • Accompagner les équipes dans l’appropriation de nouveaux outils et de nouvelles pratiques 

Ce que vous apporterez 

  • Formation supérieure Bac+5, idéalement orientée Supply Chain, data ou gestion 

  • Expérience confirmée en Supply Chain ou en allocation, de préférence dans un univers retail ou luxe 

  • Esprit analytique et pragmatique, rigueur et capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement exigeant 

  • Appétence pour les chiffres et la data ; maîtrise avancée d’Excel et Power Query, connaissance de Power BI et SAP appréciée 

  • Solides compétences en communication et coordination transversale 

  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais

Fixed-term contract – Campaign & Operations Transformation Project Manager – Fragrance & Beauty – CHANEL Europe – September 2026 – M/F/D 

About the job 

This 6-month fixed-term contract based in Paris is a unique opportunity to shape the transformation of campaign operations within the Travel Retail & Local Export Market for Fragrance & Beauty. Reporting to the Europe Export Operations and Customer Service Manager, you sit at the crossroads of market business teams, European teams and Supply functions to secure and reimagine allocation processes. 

What impact you can create at Chanel 

  • Centralise and streamline the campaign process : anticipate, optimise and prioritise allocations by market in coordination with business teams 

  • Set up consolidated campaign sell-through tracking by market and build the reporting needed for sound allocation decisions 

  • Ensure leadtime compliance by communicating the monthly release plan and coordinating with Europe on campaign products and POS-material availability 

  • Drive adoption of the new allocation tool by defining management rules, best practices and supporting teams through change 

  • Support the migration of the points of sale database to a new tool : improving data reliability, ensuring effective data governance and training users. 

  • Optimize PSOM tracking from forecast to client invoicing

What you will bring 

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5), ideally in Supply Chain, data analytics or business management 

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain or allocation, preferably in retail or luxury 

  • Analytical and pragmatic mindset, rigorous with a strong ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment 

  • Appetite for numbers and data; advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Query, familiarity with Power BI and SAP appreciated 

  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills 

  • Fluency in French and English
