Our client is looking for an experienced Central Operations Manager to play a key role in keeping their UK & Ireland operation running smoothly and supporting continued growth.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of systems, processes, operational support, projects and people, working closely with franchisees, internal teams and external partners.
What you'll be doing
Managing and improving core operational systems and processes.

What we're looking for
You'll have 5+ years' experience in operations, systems, project management, business improvement or a similar role, along with:
Strong operational and project management experience.
A natural ability to solve problems and improve processes.
Confidence working with systems, technology and external providers.
Experience leading and developing people.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within franchising, multi-site, fitness, retail or another network-based business would be a real advantage.
