- Facilitate a close working relationship between Sterile Processing and the Operating Room.
- Anticipating the needs and bridging the gap to ensure surgeon satisfaction, case completion, interdepartmental communication, and patient quality care and safety by utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- CSPDT - Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech from one of the two certification boards (IAHCSMM or CSPD) within one year of hire within 1 Year Required
