What you'll do
- Monitoring and supervising Tower’s automated trading systems during Asian market hours across multiple markets and trading teams.
- Analyzing live trading activity for risk and compliance issues and responding promptly to unusual trading behavior or changing market conditions.
- Collaborating with risk managers and trading teams to identify intraday trading issues, escalate them to key stakeholders, and coordinate with Tower’s core engineering team, brokers, and exchanges to resolve issues in real time.
- Developing and maintaining monitoring procedures and documenting production issues as they occur to ensure accurate operational records.
