Position Overview: In this role, you'll be an essential part of our mission to create success stories every day. Your role involves engaging with job seekers, guiding them through their job search journey, and matching them with available job opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is energized by human interactions and excels in telephone communication. You will:
- Schedule and interview applicants
- Ensure centralized open positions are filled
- Effectively move qualified candidates through recruiting process and schedule branch next steps
- Maintain accurate talent records

You have:
- 1+ years in a customer service, call center or inside sales industry
- Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- MS Office proficiency
Pay: $23.63 - $27.14 an hour
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite), Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
