Job Description

Xcelerate Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Athletic Trainer. You will work directly with athletes in their medical journey while providing quality on-field and off-field care.

• Perform comprehensive injury assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical examination techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for injured athletes
• Provide immediate emergency medical care and injury management in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with team physicians, coaching staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal athlete health and safety
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation for all athlete evaluations and treatments
• Design and implement injury prevention programs and conditioning protocols to enhance athlete performance and reduce injury risk
• Educate athletes on proper injury prevention techniques, recovery strategies, and return-to-play guidelines
• Manage athletic training equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards
• Monitor athlete health status and provide ongoing support during practices, competitions, and team events
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies
• Communicate effectively with athletes, coaching staff, and medical personnel regarding injury status and treatment progress

Qualifications

• NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Pennsylvania or license eligible
• Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical team
• Outgoing and energetic personality
