- Implements the occupational therapy plan of care as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate occupational therapy techniques.
- Ability to travel to and from the homes of your patients throughout your given territory.
- Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc.
- Must be willing to treat geriatric patients.

Job Description
Metro PT/Ignite Rehab is looking for an experienced and reliable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work closely with, and under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. We're looking for someone to treat full time within Morris-Passaic-Bergen counties.
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and will train the right new graduate.
- Job Type: Full time, 30-visits per week
- Location: Morris-Passaic-Bergen County coverage zones
- Schedule: Flexible!
