Position Summary:
Infinity Healthcare Services is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects data, and promotes skill development to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life.
Mandatory Requirements (Must be verified upon application):
- Active BACB Certification: Must hold a current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). (Applicants without an active BACB certification will not be considered.)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clearances: Ability to pass mandatory background checks, abuse registry checks, and meet Montana agency requirements.
