About the role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling content across our social media channels — crafting stories that educate, engage, and grow our community. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who has hands-on content creation experience and a passion for health and wellness communication.

The role is based at Alexandra Rd, Singapore

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (copy, graphics, short-form video) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned to marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
• Conceptualise and execute creative ideas that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and follower growth.
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and content best practices — and apply them proactively.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics; produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g. generative AI for copy, image, and video) to speed up ideation and content production — while maintaining brand voice and quality. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, product, clinical, partnerships) to source content and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage community engagement — respond to comments and DMs in a timely and on-brand manner.
• Support influencer and creator partnerships where required.

About you

•  Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
•  Demonstrated experience in social media content creation — portfolio or social handles required (fresh graduates welcome if experience is evident).
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with or a genuine interest in AI content tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, or equivalent) and a curiosity for how AI can be applied responsibly to elevate healthcare storytelling is a plus
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different platforms and audiences.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A genuine interest in health, wellness, or healthcare is a plus.
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
