Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| > Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems. > Lead the resolution of concerns > Validation – responsibility (Road/Lab/Laptop) > Validate effectiveness of solutions. > Functional System expertise > Collaboration with COEs and EL > Develop and monitor corrective action plans > Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements. > Lessons Learnt deployment for the concerns across plaforms > Technical Capability Building > Benchmarking |
