Job Purpose:

The Change Management Leader supports the delivery of regional to local strategic initiatives and specific local projects by driving employee adoption and effective use of new processes, tools, and ways of working. The role applies change management, project management, and communication expertise to support implementation, manage the people impact of change, and help achieve business objectives within the agreed timelines and budget parameters. This position is responsible for developing, activating and executing change plans that promote engagement, reduce resistance, drive business readiness and support sustainable adoption across the organization. Success in the role requires effective collaboration, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at different levels of the local business.

Responsibilities:
