  • Actively follow up and work with internal teams (e.g., Customer Master Data Team, IT, Subscription Mgmt., WAVE Support,) to address partner and end-user issues related to accounts, product licensing (e.g., WAVE devices), payment terms (e.g., NET 30), and inconsistencies across internal systems (OM, CDM, Greenfield, Partner Hub)
  • Coordinate on-site activities and logistics for major post sale support projects, including communicating with customer site leadership and internal teams.
  • Ensure third-party vendors (e.g., tower crews) meet customer site-specific safety training requirements.
  • Develop and communicate project plans, responsibility matrices, and communication plans with partners and customers.
  • Keep relevant internal teams and management informed of project status and critical issues.

Job Description

The Channel Engagement Manager (CEM) serves as a critical link between the company and its channel partners in the Western Territory, managing and supporting their needs across sales, technical, and operational aspects. This role involves active participation in strategic projects, issue resolution, and ensuring partner success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Project Facilitation:

  • Collaborate with dealers on pre-sales activities, such as drafting and finalizing Statements of Work (SOW) and design plans for end customers.

Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 USD


Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
