What you'll do
- Oversee daily cash operations, teller transactions, ATM, clearing, accountable forms, and other branch operational activities.
- Ensure proper custody, reconciliation, and safeguarding of cash, documents, and bank assets.
- Review and approve transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.

Channel Manager
Job Summary
The Channel Manager oversees branch cash operations, teller transactions, accountable forms, ATM, clearing, and other branch operational activities while ensuring compliance with bank policies and internal controls. The role also supports the Branch Head in marketing initiatives, cross-selling bank products and services, addressing client concerns, and achieving branch targets.
