About this role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee taxation, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have expertise in budgeting, taxation, audits, financial planning, and risk management while optimizing accounting processes.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Financial Planning & Accounting:
✔ Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports as per accounting standards.
✔ Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting of financial transactions.
✔ Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.
✔ Implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency.
2️⃣ Taxation & Compliance:
✔ Manage direct & indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
✔ Handle tax planning, filings, and returns while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
✔ Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for statutory and internal audits.
✔ Stay updated with changes in accounting laws, taxation policies, and financial regulations.
3️⃣ Budgeting & Financial Analysis:
✔ Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
✔ Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
✔ Provide insights on cost reduction, profitability, and financial performance.
4️⃣ Audit & Risk Management:
✔ Ensure timely audits (statutory, internal, and external) and compliance with company policies.
✔ Identify financial risks and implement internal controls to mitigate them.
✔ Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial assessments and reporting.
5️⃣ Banking & Fund Management:
✔ Manage banking transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
✔ Ensure compliance with loan agreements, corporate finance, and investment strategies.
✔ Optimize working capital and liquidity management.
📌 Key Skills & Competencies:
✅ Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), IFRS & GAAP.
✅ Expertise in taxation (GST, TDS, IT) and statutory compliance.
✅ Proficiency in financial planning, MIS reporting, and budgeting.
✅ Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
📌 Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
📌 Experience: in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, and Audits.
📌 Industry Preference: Pharma, Clinical Research, Manufacturing, etc
