Role – Chartered Landscape Architect
Location – Manchester
Salary - £36 - £42K DOE
We are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) or a Landscape Architect currently on the Pathway to Chartership for a multidisciplinary practice in Manchester. They work on a variety of exciting projects throughout the UK including, Residential, Commercial, Public Realm Healthcare, Education and industrial.
CHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A degree/post graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or on the Pathway to Chartership)
- Good hard and soft landscape design skills and be able to understand and meet client needs and expectations
- A high standard of design, drawn and CAD drafting, written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to assist junior members of the team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, KeySCAPE, LandCADD
- Good plant knowledge
